What is good delivery time?
The delivery for the new products in stock such as used products is 24 hours. About the new products which have to be ordered from aboard, the delivery time is between 1 and 5 weeks according the country of the sender.
The transportation cost is included in pricing?
The goods delivery in Thessaloniki region is free of charge, as long as the loading meters are less than 2 meters.
There is the possibility to dispatch the goods in your premises, after arrangement with a transportation company, by crane or by courier, according the volume and gross weight, under consignee’s expenses.
Goods travel at the consignee’s risk after the delivery to the transportation company indicated by the buyer.
Can I receive my order from Topfrost?
You can receive your order, after arrangement from our central warehouse from Monday 09:00 – 16:00 free of charge.

Which regions are covered by service?
About the refrigeration units, we provide service in all the greek regions.
About the rest products, the general term is that the service is provided at company’s facilities.
About the goods under warranty.
➢ In case that the product arrives in Topfrost for operation control, there will be no charge for spare parts neither for the repair. The same holds for in case that the control agreed to do at the retailers facilities.
➢ In case that clients desire is to repair the product at his shop, then the cost for the technician visit is 30€ plus taxes, while the repair cost is 10€/hour such as the spare parts cost, if they are needed.
About products without warranty
➢ In case that the products arrives in Topfrost for operation control, there will be repair cost (minimum charge 50€ plus taxes) and spare parts cost.
➢ In case that clients desire is to repair the product at his shop, then the cost for the technician visit is 50€ plus taxes, while the repair cost is 20€/hour, such as the spare parts cost, if they are needed.

Cash prepayment before the loading in case that the invoice amount will be less than 500€, otherwise bank deposit to the following accounts:

Do the products have warranty, and for how long exests?
The new products warranty longs for 12 months, while the used products warranty longs for 6 months after the invoicing date.
About the ovens and dishwashers, its necessary to be installed by an authorized crew, so that the warranty exists.
They are out of warranty:
- for the electrical, electronic and heating parts of the refrigerators (compressors units, heating resistance etc.) if the fault caused from external reasons, such as disbalance voltage caution or volt absence for this reason the user should provide for the correct installation.
- for the damage caused from buck or or from transportation accident.
How should I install the unit in my premises and who should show me the operation?
Refrigerators freezers
The installation of a full super market – butchery shop is achieved by our authorized crew (loading – unloading - installation) if applicable case cost.
Ovens – dishwashers
The installation is achieved by our authorized crew in your premises costing 250€ per device.
